Abhinav Jhaldiyal

It was the perfect reminder that living in the present moment is what we need. Sometimes, we just need to forget the past and the future and simply live, feel and embrace the present. If you’re looking for a grounding experience with a side of enlightenment, this is it. Highly recommend!

Shivang Dhyani

Yamini's  session was so amazing and effective, I really enjoyed it. The way she delivers, her voice, and the ideology and meaning behind everything that she's talking about is so profound and calming. The way she expresses herself and the way she helps to tap in the subconscious mind which we have almost forgotten how to do, living and appreciating the present because it has no limit it's the gift that just keeps on giving so why not we try and flow with it every now and then when we know that's the way of life, keep on flowing. 🌼✨

Aayush Joshi

I have been a spiritual seeker myself for as long as I can remember and from there I can tell for years of practice that a lot of people don't manage to realise how to anchor themselves...! What Yamini is trying to teach is what ,Raman Maharishi, Yogeshwar baba, Yogananda, Thakur ji, Vivekananda,  Jiddu Krishnamurthy, Aurobindo and the mother were trying to teach the world. To find anchor and to actually feel what we are consciously and Subconsciously experience..

It was never about the raisin!!

But raisin worked....!! Hari om

Yamini's session was quite insightful. I liked the fact that she took something as simple as a raisin to make us realise how it feels to be in the present moment.
She's pretty great at what she does!

Why mindfulness ?

In today’s fast-paced world, more people are seeking ways to find calm and reduce stress. You might have heard the term "mindfulness" in this search for peace. But what exactly is mindfulness, and does it really work? Here, we’ll dive into what mindfulness is, how it’s practiced, and what science says about its effectiveness. By the end, you’ll see why mindfulness has become a top choice for mental well-being.

How mindfulness works ?

Mindfulness, the practice of being fully present and aware of our thoughts,

feelings, and sensations without judgment, has gained popularity for its

transformative effects on mental health, focus, and behaviour. But how exactly

does mindfulness work? Here’s a closer look at how mindfulness impacts us

psychologically, at the brain level, and in our behaviours.

Mindfulness from Fad to Fab

In a world buzzing with notifications, deadlines, and endless demands on our attention, mindfulness has emerged not just as a buzzword but as a life-changing practice. But is it just a passing fad? Or is it the real deal—an essential skill that can transform the way we live, work, and connect?
